Replacement Product Policy
If a customer is entitled to a replacement product due to a verified defect or approved warranty claim,
Treevaro will provide a product that is identical or of comparable value.
If an identical or comparable product is unavailable, we reserve the right to:
- Issue a full refund, or
- Repair the product within a reasonable timeframe.
Any replacement product provided will be covered under the same warranty terms as the original product.
Three-Year Limited Warranty
We provide a Three-Year Limited Warranty on all eligible products purchased through our store.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by accidents, weather, or external factors
Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase.
