Return Eligibility

You can return an item within 90 days from the delivery date. To qualify:

  • We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.
  • We also accept returns of new and slightly used products.

How to Request a Return

  • Wait for Approval: Do not ship the item back until you receive confirmation.
  • Ship the Item: Use a trackable and insured shipping method.
  • Return Method: In store, at a drop-off location, or by mail.

Refund Process

  • Returns are inspected within 72 hours of arrival.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are included.
  • No restocking fees.

Wrong or Damaged Items

  • Email us with a photo of the issue.
  • No need to return damaged items — we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
